• Email address (for authentication and optional reminders)
• Daily check-in responses
• Weekly reflections
• Entry and exit surveys
• Timezone preference

Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Your personal reflection and progress tracking
• Aggregate cohort analytics (anonymized)
• Optional email reminders (if you opt in)

Data Storage

Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) for GDPR compliance. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Export all your data (JSON format) from Settings
• Delete your account and all data permanently
• Opt out of email reminders at any time

No Tracking

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising. This platform is intentionally calm and privacy-respecting.

Self-Hosting

This platform is open source (AGPL-3.0). You can self-host and have complete control over your data.
